All orders are processed securely through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account.

Please note, items purchased on our website are pulled directly from our store shelves. We apologize if an item you have requested is no longer available but still shows on our site. We update availability daily.

In an effort to be kind to our planet, we may reuse packaging for shipments including boxes, styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap. Please reuse or recycle packing material.




Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for credit or exchange on most regular priced items. Clearance items are final sale. Returned items must be unused and undamaged, in original, undamaged packaging with all tags still attached and all parts (including instructions and free items) included. Washed or used items are non-returnable. We are not responsible for shipping charges on returns or exchanges unless something was shipped to you in error.

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby carriers, so please take care when choosing a carrier.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required prior to returning any items. To receive a RA number, email us at returns@tinktinks.com. Returns cannot be processed without an Authorization number.
